Naranya Market, founded by Arturo Galvan, launched Naranya Pay, a micro-payment platform powering its marketplace that is currently available in 17 countries. Naranya Pay (also called “nPay”) is the first platform in the region that enables app developers and content providers to monetize their user bases.
The penetration of credit cards in Latin America and other emerging markets is close to 15% only. This low penetration has limited the development of the digital economy in the region, specially e-commerce and mobile commerce, affecting all players, merchants, consumers, advertisers, etc.
In order to offer the developer community an easy payment gateway to LATAM, Naranya Pay offers different SDKs to cover most of the development platforms such as Web, Android, Cocos, Unity and Corona among others, enabling App Developers to easily integrate in-app purchases in their apps to monetize its freemium content in LATAM.
Naranya Pay currently reaches more than 600 million users in 17 countries through its network connected to more than 30 carriers throughout the region, including América Móvil and Telefónica.
